Q1: How do I set up the canopy tent?
Each tent includes a setup guide. Most pop-up canopies take 2 people and about 5 minutes. Watch our video tutorial (link in your order confirmation).
Q2: Is the inflatable mattress comfortable for back sleepers?
Yes – our mattress features coil-beam construction and a velvety top. Adjust firmness by adding or releasing air.
Q3: What type of batteries does the camping lamp use?
The lamp runs on 3 AA batteries (not included) or via built-in USB rechargeable battery – check your product page for exact specifications.
Q4: Shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on orders 50 – flat $6.99 (due to larger box sizes).
Q5: Processing time?
1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Pre‑order items show estimated dates on product page.
Q6: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes a tracking number.
Q7: Cancel or change order?
Contact us immediately while order is “processing.” Once “preparing for shipment,” cancellation is not possible.
Q8: Do you ship outside the USA?
No – currently only US addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO).
Q9: How to clean the canopy tent?
Wipe with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash. Fully dry before storing.
